Guys this one is great ;D Just finished reading Sly Moves, at the end of the book the dude talks about shooting III, about him slimming down to 160lbs and getting Mr T down to 200lbs from his previous 230. This task was a tough one because T was a junk food addicted and being put on a steady tuna salad-chicken salad diet wasn't exactly his "cup of tea". BUT, just like Sly suggests in his book, there was this "day off" (from the diet) which started on friday at 05:00 p.m. And usually started with Sly and T eating tons of Hagen-Daaz icecream (vanilla+cookies) in a sort of "all you can eat contest". Until a specific friday afternoon came and, after the two guys ran as usual toward the fridge, they found out that due to some electric problem all the Icecream in the fridge was melted into a greenish stuff, totally non-eatable ;D ;D ;D T freaked out, and Sly still laughs his ass off thinking about him not dealing with the fact that T wasn't getting any icecream on that afternoon. After that episode Sly said "never mess around another man's icecream" ;D ;D ;D Thinking about their rivalry in III I just think it was great to imagine such scene after the shooting........it's really true that men are just bigger kids!

BWHAHAHAHAHAHAH! That's awesome. But did Sly also talk about how he became bulemic to achieve his end of Rocky III look? Not exactly, the book's full of training and eating tips and the dude is pretty much honest about himself, starting from his birth. He keeps saying that his 160lbs in III meant he was way too skinny but besides some hints about the fact he was working out too much and eating not enough the word bulemic doesn't show up. BTW: very recently I took his "drinking water as much as you can" advice........UNBELIEVABLE!!!!!!!! Energy levels are over the top, control of my appetite is total, recovering from workouts amazing........everything just drinking at least 2 liters of water a day, starting my day with half liter just out of bed........way better than any dietary supplement I ever tried, and I had it under my sight for 36 years without noticing. THANX, SLY!

Rocco, on Larry King Live circa 2004 or so, he talked about how he had become bulemic (his word) slimming down for "Rocky III" and that he had to work hard to solve it after shooting was over. I wish I could find where my tape is (I have it on tape), so I could quote it exactly.

My point was that I know he got bulimic, he only didn't mention that in Sly Moves, possibly because it would have become a selling issue

THANX, SLY! I was just thinking about this today, Rocco. Somebody like you could pull this off because where you are, I'm sure you have clean water. I refuse to drink water anymore because recently, we discovered that the drinking water in the United States is contaminated with pharmacutical drugs. And I refuse to buy bottled water because I refuse to pay for something I get out of the tap for free. Sly can probably afford the drug-free water.

I just bought and installed a water depurator where I live and the analysis of the water coming out through it are excellent, moreover you have a drink of it now you take a wizz 5 minutes later and that's a pretty powerful index of its purity ;D I heard something about water contamination in the US and though I understand your point of view my suggestion is to drink as much as you can of the bottled one since we're over 70% made of water, therefore we need it to keep everything running
